摘要：Advancements in fundamental research in the field of precision medicine promise to revolutionize clinical cancer treatment. The primary challenge for surgical oncology, where the gold standard and primary treatment choice remain to be surgery, is to unambiguously identify the boundaries between the tumorous and healthy surrounding tissues at the cellular level during surgical operations. Here we present a class of fluorescent probes that exhibit different fluorescence properties in response to tumor microenvironments. These probes possess broad-spectrum tumor sensing capability, high signal-to-noise ratio at the tumor boundaries and a sub-millimeter resolution in the metastasized mural lung cancer model.

报告人简介：陈彪合肥微尺度物质科学国家实验室在读博士。2013年毕业于中国科学技术大学高分子系，现为张国庆教授实验室成员。
